About The Humanities Department
The department of science and humanities started in2010. A department of science and humanities provides a foundational understanding of basic sciences (PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY & MATHEMATICS) to Diploma Engineering students. Fostering well-rounded individuals & preparing them for the complexities of the technical world.
Science Discipline:-
Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry & Environmental Science are core subjects.
Humanities Discipline:-
English (Communication, Language & Literature) Learning soft skills & hard skills, Drafting and Mastering skills of universal language.
While, “Humanities” Encompasses discipline like literature, the term Humanities generally refers to academic discipline that study human culture, literature. i.e Poetry, Fiction, Essay under the curriculum & scheme.
Mission
- To create a passion amongst students for contributing their knowledge for the industry-oriented applications by improving industry institute interaction.
- To impart knowledge in principles and applications related to design and development of various systems for societal needs.
- To build the skill sets, attitude and core competence of students and faculty by providing them with the opportunity to organize various technical events which will bring out their inherent talents
- Provide ethical and value-based education by promoting activities addressing the societal needs.
